The fire has not advanced toward Jeff since yesterday, though it continues to grow and destroy.

Since smoke was light early this evening, due to extreme cabin fever Jeff got a few minutes out on the ash-powdered deck. He sat in his brown chair.

Staff tried to show him the fire, but Jeff remained unimpressed.

   Jeffs not impressed cuz one squirt of his cat musk could extinguish it if he wanted. I think hes hoping it’ll drive rodents toward staffs house.

   Jeff shrugs off the threat of fire, knowing that Staff will take action if the situation warrants.

   I heard that arson is involved in these fires. I’d like to find the miscrants, (magically) shrink them to the size of a vole, and let El Jefe sink his claws and teeth into them.

   Jeff may find fires boring, but not prey. They would find themselve quite “tore up” over their misdeeds.
